Account Information: Name, email address, and organization details you provide during registration.

Business Profile: Industry, NAICS codes, capabilities, certifications, past performance, and set-aside eligibility you enter in your settings.

Usage Data: Search queries, proposals created, and features used within the platform.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the BidStacker platform
Generate AI-powered match scores and proposal content
Send notifications about matching RFPs
Communicate about your account, updates, and support
Analyze platform usage to improve features

3. AI Processing

Your business profile, proposal content, and RFP data are processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate match scores, proposal content, and compliance analysis. This processing is performed solely to deliver the Service and is not used to train third-party AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting)
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security in our database, and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.
